midnight channel w/ jake and the kid and landfall

Midnight Channel plays a blend of 1960s cosmic free jazz, contemporary post-bop, Japanese fusion, and neo-soul grooves. The band is touring behind their sophomore album Alien Love Songs, which reached number 10 on the National Earshot Jazz Charts. Their live shows move between deep grooves, open improvisation, and moments that feel completely unplanned.

Jake and the Kid, an indie rock band from Regina, opens the night. This is a 19-plus show with a valid government ID required. Advance tickets are 15 dollars plus tax through Showpass, or 20 dollars cash at the door if any remain.
