knox new moon sound bath

Darren leads a one-hour sound bath in Knox United Church's historic sanctuary, playing the shruti box, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tanpura to guide you through deep relaxation. The event aligns with the new moon cycle, giving you space to set intentions for the lunar month ahead and release what no longer serves you. Bring a mat or cushion to lie on and plan for paid parking in the lot adjacent to the church.
