wonder club: penny boat challenge

Wonder Club is a drop-in program at Nutrien Wonderhub where kids tackle hands-on STEM challenges, art projects, and creative activities. This week's focus is the Penny Boat Challenge: you design and build a boat from a single piece of aluminum foil, then load it with pennies to see how much weight it can hold without sinking. The activity teaches buoyancy, displacement, and engineering design in a relaxed, exploratory way.

The session runs 1:30 to 2:30 pm in the Create Space. Drop in anytime; the program is included with your membership or daily admission to the Wonderhub.
