the long ribbon of green running along Spadina Crescent downtown, sitting right below the Bessborough hotel and looking out over the river. it is a favourite spot for a slow walk, a bench-and-coffee break, or watching the water go by. summer brings festivals and parade crowds to this stretch, and the river views hold up in every season. easy to fold into a downtown afternoon, no plan required.
