Meewasin Trail

a 100km network of paved and gravel paths following the South Saskatchewan as it winds through the middle of the city. walk it, run it, or bike it, with river views, the weir, and a string of riverbank parks along the way. the downtown stretch is lit and plowed all winter, so it stays usable when everything else is buried in snow. start anywhere, go as far as you feel like, turn around when you are done.
