summer art camp – august 4-7, 2026 | ages 6-8

A four-day art camp for children ages 6 to 8 at Remai Modern, running 9 AM to 4 PM each day. Kids create their own art projects in the learning studio under the guidance of instructors, drawing inspiration from three current exhibitions: Dyani White Hawk's monumental sculptures rooted in Indigenous practices, Forecast's 100 artworks exploring weather and climate, and Material.After.Life., which showcases how artists transform found objects. Children will explore different tools, techniques, and materials as they turn ideas into finished pieces. Extended care is available from 8 to 9 AM and 4 to 5 PM for an additional fee. Maximum 20 campers per session.
